All Season Recreational Rentals Rental Terms for travel between 01-Jan-2007 and 31-Dec-2008
• Lessee agrees that motor home will not be occupied by a greater number of persons than indicated above.
• Lessee is prohibited from taking motor home into Mexico.
• The relationship between the parties to this contract is that of leaser and lessee and lessee in not and shall not hold himself out to be an agent or employee of leaser or in any capacity other than lessee. Lessee shall have no authority to represent or make commitment binding upon leaser. Lessee may not assign or sublet motor home.
• Lessee acknowledges that he has carefully examined the motor home and all additional equipment, utensils and furnishings and acknowledges receipt of same in good condition. Lessee agrees to pay leaser the value of any equipment and furnishings which are lost, stolen, destroyed or damaged during the term of this contract.
• Lessee agrees to maintain the motor home in strict compliance with the manufacturer's suggested maintenance procedures and in accordance with leaser's instructional to be given to lessee and to periodically examine the motor home, including the tires for safety. Lessee is responsible for repair of all flat tires.
• Normal maintenance and road repairs including necessary oil and lubrication expenses are provided by leaser. Expenditures for repairs will be credited toward total rental charge upon receipt of proof (including replaced parts) that said expenditures were incurred.
• Lessee agrees to contact leaser by telephone at leaser's expense if any repairs to the motor home in excess of $50.00 are required, to obtain leaser's authorization for repairs at an authorized agency and to keep record of same. Any such authorization given shall not constitute a waiver of leaser's right to charge lessee for such repairs if in the opinion of leaser such repairs were due to negligence, misuse or carelessness of lessee.
• Lessee shall not permit any lien to be placed on the motor home.
• All overhead damage, interior damage, damage caused by freezing and damage due to lessee's negligence, misuse or carelessness are the responsibility of the lessee.
• In the event of a breakdown wherein the motor home is inoperable for 24 hours or more, leaser's responsibility shall be limited to reimbursement of rental rate for day(s) lost.
• In the event of an accident, lessee will advise leaser within 24 hours and submit a full written report within 72 hours.
• Leaser will maintain liability insurance coverage on the motor home in the amounts of $25,000/$50,000 bodily injury, $10,000 property damage as well as collision and comprehensive. Lessee shall be liable for the deductible amount for each accident. Lessee agrees to hold leaser harmless and indemnify and defend against any claims, demands or liabilities whatsoever in excess of such limits.
• Leaser shall not be liable for any damage to property or injury to persons (including death) resulting through the use, operation or possession of the motor home and lessee shall hold leaser harmless from liabilities resulting from such damage or injury.
• Lessee agrees that the motor home shall be operated by a properly licensed driver and not by any person under age 25, or by any person while such person is under the influence of intoxicants or narcotics. Lessee agrees that the motor home will not be operated for any illegal purpose, over rough terrain, to propel or tow any vehicle or in excess of the safe speed with regard to all conditions. Lessee is responsible for all traffic citations.
• The number of miles over which the vehicle shall have been operated pursuant to this contract shall be determined by reading the mileage recording the devices attached to motorhome, which lessee agrees not to disconnect or otherwise tamper with. Any tampering with these devices shall entitle leaser to set an arbitrary charge equal to 500 miles per day of use.
• Upon departure, fuel and propane tanks are full and must be refilled. Holding tanks must be emptied to avoid a $20.00 charge and unit must be clean, inside and out, or a service fee of not less than $50.00 per hour will be assessed.
• If lessee has insurance covering loss or damage, lessee shall exercise all rights available to him under said insurance, take all action necessary to process said claim and further agree to assign said claim and any and all proceeds from the insurance to leaser.
• Lessee agrees that in the event leaser is unable to make the motor home available to lessee for the term of this agreement, all payments by lessee will be refunded, but leaser shall in no event have any liability beyond this refund.
• Lessee agrees that no credit or refund will be given if the motor home is returned prior to the expiration date of this contract and in such event, lessee will still be required to pay all charges as if the motorhome were returned at such expiration date.
• Lessee agrees to pay leaser for any period during which the motor home is held beyond the expiration date on the basis of a daily rental rate established by leaser. Lessee further agrees to pay, upon demand by leaser, any rental fees lost to, or liabilities incurred by leaser due to lessee holding the motor home beyond the term specified in this contract.
• In the event the motor home is not returned by lessee to All Seasons Recreation Rentals, 22715 State Rt. #2, Monroe, WA, lessee agrees to pay, upon leaser's demand, in addition to all other sums payable and all other liabilities incurred under this contract, a full day's charge for each day or fraction thereof, plus 60 cents a mile, until recovery and return.
• In the event of a breach of any of the terms and provisions of this contract by lessee, leaser may, without prior demand, take possession of the motor home by entry upon lessee's premises if necessary, without process of law. In the event of any such breach, lessee shall be liable for any and all expenses incurred by leaser, including reasonable attorney's fees and court costs expended to enforce collection, and in addition, lessee shall be liable for all damage suffered by leaser as a result of such breach.
• We are not responsible for items left in motor home, items left in motor home will be held for thirty days.
Airport transfer
We're conveniently located just 45 minutes from Seattle/Tacoma Airport. Transfers to / from the airport or city come at an additional charge and will need to be discussed directly with All Seasons after the confirmation of your booking. Please give us your flight / Hotel arrival information if you have not already done so during the booking process.
Payments
A non refundable booking deposit fee of 15% of your base rental cost will be taken at time of booking confirmation.
A stage two payment of $200m will be taken shortly after this.
The remainder of payment for your rental will be gathered at vehicle pick up
There is also a Security / Damage deposit of $300 in addition to your standard rental fees that will be made at vehicle pick up. This Damage Deposit will be refunded within 15 days provided the motorhome is returned clean, filled with gas, propane, holding tanks dumped and no damage to the unit.
Cancellations:
The initial deposit paid is non-refundable. In addition to forfeiting your deposit, the following charges also apply:
In the event of a cancellation your initial booking deposit is non refunable. Further to this the following further penalties may apply
- If booking cancelled up to 33 days before departure a further $50 will be taken (you will be refunded $150 of your $200 second stage payment .
-If booking cancelled from 32 - 1days prior of departure your $200 Stage two payment will not be refunded.
-Stage 2 payment of $200 can be applied to future rental within six months.
Insurance is provided on the motorhome at no extra cost to you for units 32' or less, insurance binder required on units over 33' or a $2000 deductible applies. (Optional $1,000,000 insurance liability available at $10.00 a day). You are responsible for the $500.00 deductible, should there be any damage to the motorhome. Flat tires and traffic tickets are the responsibility of the renter.
We pride ourselves on having clean and well maintained units. The motorhomes are clean when you pick them up and with your help, they will be clean for the next renter. We have a cleaning fee for those who do not wish to do so at a rate of $50.00 per hour.
No pets or smoking in the units.

Miscellaneous:
Prep and sanitation charge for Class C and trailers: $75.
Prep and sanitation charge for Class A: $95
All rentals subject to a 3-day minimum. Summer season has a 5 day minimum unless a last minute availability occurs. 5 day minimum on all trailers.
14.4% sales tax on motor homes rentals.
8.5% sales tax on all trailer rentals.
Two hours free generator use per day, $4 per hour thereafter.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that clients ensure they take out the highest level of Travel Insurance. In many cases this will cover any losses incurred if you are forced to cancel your booking.

When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Booking information
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 1.75% credit card charge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
Information disclosure
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Amendments
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Car rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 25.00
To add or remove extras to/from a confirmed booking: 10.00
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency):
To change dates or times that result in a recalculation of rental rates, or to change vehicles or locations: 75.00
To add or remove extras to/from confirmed booking: 20.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
All Season Recreational Rentals Insurance
Insurance is provided on the motorhome at no extra cost to you. Your own insurance binder is required on units over 33' or a $2000 deductible applies. For all other units you are responsible for the $500.00 deductible, should there be any damage to the motorhome. Flat tires and traffic tickets are the responsibility of the renter.
There is an optional $1,000,000 insurance liability available at $10.00 a day.
