Camp USA insurance

Florida renters can provide an insurance binder naming Camp USA as an additional insured, or purchase our Renters Liability Coverage cost of $ 30 -$ 55 per day. All out of state and International Renters MUST purchase our Renters Liability Coverage with a deductible of $1,500.00. Renter is fully liable for any damage caused by negligence, misuse or carelessness (including but not limited to roof damage, under-carriage and tire damage). If an insurance binder from your insurance company is NOT received before departure, you will automatically be charged for the Renters Liability Coverage.
Please note: The insurance charge is always one day more than the number of rental Nights because all rates are calculated on a nightly basis (like a hotel) but the provider of this insurance cover calculates Insurance by calendar day.  So an extra day is added by way of an additional one off charge to cover this variation imposed by the Insurance provider.

Accident/Incident Report - CAMP USA requires documentation of circumstances involving an accident or incident. If anything occurs on private property call the police and make a report. If they do not respond make a report yourself and also document that the police have been called, but did not respond. Your rental binder will have a driver’s accident report, please use this form even if an incident occurs. In the event of an accident/incident, and the renter does not fill out this form, he/she is subject to the insurance company not covering the claim and the renter then waives insurance coverage and will be responsible for the claim themselves. You signature below will confirm these requirements and terms.
